Platforms: supporting research and knowledge transfer
ICube has developed a network of seven technological platforms designed to support its research activities:
- Bioinformatics and Genomics (BiGEst-ICube)
- Development and Characterization of Components, PV Cells, and Sensors (C3Fab)
- Graphics, Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence (GAIA)
- Internet Network Technologies Lab (Inetlab)
- Imaging, Robotics and Innovation in Healthcare (IRIS)
- Fluid Mechanics and Materials, Biomechanics, Design & Simulation (MechaniCS)
- Regional Service of Image Processing and Remote Sensing (SERTIT)
Each platform is built around a specific area of scientific expertise and provides dedicated digital and experimental resources. They are managed by scientific and technical staff, in close connection with the research teams and the laboratory’s leadership.
These platforms support ICube members in carrying out their research, help consolidate and share technical know-how, and facilitate the dissemination of research results by making them accessible and useful to both academic partners and socio-economic actors. The platforms also offer their services to external partners.
