ICube Young Researchers Association (AJCI)

Overview

The ICube Young Researchers Association (AJCI) was founded in 2019. It brings together the laboratory’s PhD students and postdoctoral researchers and organizes scientific and social events to strengthen the community. Based on the Illkirch campus, the association is open to all young researchers at ICube, regardless of their location.

Its missions

  • Organize scientific seminars to promote connections between teams and across sites.
  • Offer social events to encourage interaction and build a sense of community among young researchers.
  • Explain the process of completing a PhD, helping students understand the different stages of their doctoral program.
  • Present how the laboratory operates and guide new arrivals through administrative and practical procedures.
The association also manages the welcome booklet provided to newcomers.
  • Encourage mutual support and the sharing of experience between PhD students and postdoctoral researchers.

Why join the Young Researchers Association?

  • To expand your network and meet other young researchers at ICube.
  • To get involved in the laboratory’s scientific and social life.
