Ethics and open science

Our laboratory is deeply committed to the principles of ethics and open science, in line with the values articulated by the CNRS Ethics Committee (COMETS):
 

Research aims to contribute to the development of knowledge and the advancement of science. It is grounded in principles of honesty, integrity, and responsibility—principles upon which society builds its trust in scientific work.

ICube has appointed a dedicated "ethics, compliance, and scientific integrity officer", responsible for informing and training staff on best practices.

In addition, several ICube researchers have been actively involved since 2019 in the university’s working groups on research data and open science. The laboratory also conducts internal awareness-raising initiatives on these topics.
