High-performance computing (HPC) is essential for tackling today’s most demanding scientific and engineering challenges, yet achieving efficiency on modern architectures remains a complex task. In this talk, I will present my contributions to developing highly optimized computational kernels for real-world applications, along with tools and methodologies that make it easier — and sometimes automatic — to build high-performance applications. I will highlight both theoretical insights and practical results that advance performance, scalability, and usability in HPC.
